We pay a significant part of the Doctors, Nurse education, development , Training
and then they falsely try to abuse it to us by their deliberate poor performances.

Now where is the immediate rightful real action on this whole related issues from all our elected officials, justice ministers, hospital administrators, health ministers?

Any ombudsman in response who now merely offers me a cup of cold tea when she should be immediately instead offering truckloads of acceptable medical services is a very unacceptable approach now as well

If you are a medical professional, a medical administrator, or a health minister and you had now failed to prevent the death of one persons even, or had specialty failed to properly treat their medical condition then that certainly is a prosecutable criminal offence and for certainty you need to be incarcerated for your coldness,, indifference towards others now too. Clearly now as well when the MDs, Nurses, others falsely do blame the Quebec government solely for ER crisis too, their own poor performances, they themselves have failed to do an adequate service to the public now in general as well.. They clearly already had many other valid options available to exercise for them to make their complaints know without allowing anymore false abuse, neglect of any sick patients now too.

ER basically is the only place available for seniors who tend to have many repeat ER visit for their often more serious sicknesses cause their original problems had not been adequately dealt with now too by their family doctors or the ER. Hospitals like to advertise and to pretend too often they are a fully equipped, fully staffed medical facilities when they are not so in fact too often now as well.. This too is unacceptable.

Clearly this same hospital, related medical, support personnel have wrongfully, undeniably now failed in doing all they can, in now providing adequate medical care to all patients and in preventing the spread of sicknesses, disease to all patients, visitors thus causing to unnecessary pain towards others, deaths and which is rather a prosecutable, criminal acts of man slaughter as well".

Most Canadian Medicare, Hospital administrators in reality still do not not try to improve the medical care system, do not try reduce the Medical costs, nor do they try to identify the management of chronic diseases as a way of improving patient care and reducing hospital costs. Why should they after all the more patients, the more important they feel they are.

Many matured senior patients with serious medical problems they tend to return solely to the Emergency rooms because they they have learned that family doctor does not have the necessary medical equipment, tools, tests to diagnose their SERIOUS MEDICAL PROBLEMS, only the Hospitals tend to have them generally and so they now are regular users of the emergency room..

I know from personal experiences and that even of another family member, My father, the related after Emergency Hospital visit medical follow services at McGill University Hospitals especially such as the Montreal Jewish General Hospital, and the Lake shore General Hospital tend to be very pathetic, unacceptably disastrous, really bad, inadequate compared to other Hospitals.. I saw firsthand how my own father got poor, useless medical follow-up in the last 2 years at the LGH. Now one in 20 Canadians who has a heart attack - a common cause of rehospitalization - is urgently readmitted within a month of being discharged, according to the Canadian Institute for Health Information. Now also include some other common serious sickness as well. An analysis published last year in the New England Journal of Medicine showed the chances of rehospitalization only increase over time. Generally, the sicker the patient and the longer and more frequently they spent time in hospitals, the greater their chances of dying or being rehospitalized. For one example, many patients who leave hospital with chronic illnesses such as heart failure or diabetes are at high risk of being readmitted. But often, they are left to cope on their own. Many patients do not get clear instructions on what medications they should be taking, and they frequently have difficulties making additional, specific doctor appointments to continue treatment outside the hospital. A number of patients return because they do not have access to a competent family doctor and so are regular users of the emergency room.

Last Monday FEB 22, I had now met in the emergency ward of the MONTREAL WEST ISLAND Pointe Claire Lakeshore General Hospital a patient who was next to my father, As you know my father was admitted here also due to cardiac failure, water on the lung on Monday now, M Bergeron ( NOT HER REAL NAME ) M Bergeron now she had fallen on the street on the ice had broken her arm, and had also hurt her hip. The hospital had put a cast on her arm, and next the emergency room, triage nurses had wrongfully tried repeatedly to force the patient to walk so that she could be discharged. The patient was crying in agony in pain while the cruel, despotic, unsympathetic nurses at the LGH were forcing her to walk in my witness as well. And days later the same patient was still in the same bed and had not received any appropriate treatment for her leg, she now was transferred to the overflow ward where she was next forgotten by her original doctor, even though finally it was confirmed that she did have a fractured hip. I am confident that had she been a young person she would have got the treatment within 24 hours. On Friday Feb 26, now five days later, the nurse on her morning rounds discovers M Bergeron had now a high temperature, was vomiting, and had diarrhea, and M Bergeron was send to the isolation room in the same section. The Nurse next phoned a new doctor from the ER to come and see her which he did about 10.30 AM, THAT SHE TOO NOW HAD THE nova VIRUS, FOOD POISONING VIRUS, THAT WAS RAMPANT ON THE FOURTH FLOOR, the LGH orthopedic ward, so also it was very likely the visiting doctor from the orthopedic floor who had visited her in the first emergency center that passed it on to her, cause she was not seen by any doctors in the overflow section prior to today, and I have been there for the whole week now too with my father. The new emergency doctor phoned the original doctor in my presence and complained to him he had neglected his patient. M Bergeron and arranges medical tests CT scan for her, which were done about 3.00 pm today. About 7.00 pm next during evening shift M Bergeron had shit in her diaper and she as I had heard had called both senior nurses on duty to change her diaper, and they had refused to do so, it was supposedly below their dignity to do so, AND THE MALE ORDERLY HAD GONE FOR HIS BREAK, AND SO M Bergeron SHE LAY THERE IN HER SHIT, AND M Bergeron HAD NEXT ASKED ME TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. SHE ALSO COMPLAINED TO ME SHE WAS FREEZING IN HER ISOLATION ROOM, AND I TALKED TO THE NURSES ON DUTY BUT THE NURSES ON DUTY THIS EVENING NOW STILL REFUSED TO CHANGE HER DIAPER AND COULD NOT HELP HER WITH THE HEAT PROBLEM.

NOW WHAT KIND OF ACCEPTABLE MEDICAL SERVICES IS THIS NOW? To say that I am disappointed with McGill University Hospitals in Montreal would be a severely great understatement.

It seems that McGill University Doctors take on a attitude that it is condescending for them to serve us any of us, we all should be subservient and really should be grateful that they have agreed to help us. 1 Montreal McGill Jewish General Hospital. I rightfully was totally unhappy with their poor follow-up services after my quintuplet heart by pass surgery about 15 years ago actually none in fact..

2 Imagine that I now also have had a defective heart pacer, deliberator also installed 2 years ago at the McGill Montreal General Hospital so I have to go there every 3 months to check if it is working properly too.

I am already waiting over one year to be able to see a knee specialist here at this SAME Hospital as well

4 My McGill Royal Victoria Hospital DR OH Ophthalmologist has been a personal gem.. she has gone out of the way to find out why my eyes are swollen, with a complete eyes exam every 3 months.. she had helped my father but here she could not deal with my solution.


Now I have been wasting my time, even given the medical run around by 2 useless McGill Ophthalmologist from the McGill Lachine Hospital and the Royal Victoria Hospital over one year now about my swollen eye problem, and I had contacted the RVH Ombudsman about it now too many times.. their useless buck passing reply was finally the problem is mine, Not happy with McGill doctors go elsewhere, the problem is mine and and not theirs and there is nothing they can do about it now for I am on my own.. RVH Hospital useless Dr Morin. But well there is something I can do about it.. FIVE DAYS LATER THE PATIENT NOW STARVED TO DEATH DIED EVEN WHILE I WAS THERE TODAY. THE SON WAS TOLD HIS FATHER DIED, HE CAME MERELY LOOKED AT HIS FATHER AND IMMEDIATELY WENT AND TOOK HIS CLOTHES AND LEFT. WHY BOTHER ABOUT THE CLOTHES EVEN?

There are two clearly main, very unacceptable basic Problems also with Canada's health care systems that need to be first dealt with, and it is also now the same basic problems with our too often costly, inadequate civil and public servants, cops, politicians:

The type of service you will get really depends on the type of doctor you have, on the province you are in, on the specific hospital you go to as well and it varies.. from bad, very poor to great. You may have to go to at least 3 different doctors as a result.

A causally dressed visitor was standing by a recently admitted patients in the Hospital triage section, discovered many persons coming to ask him medical questions, and when he asked them why they were coming to him they had replied " I thought you were a doctor cause you were standing there doing nothing".

I daily have read many news presentations and have tried to present The most accurate accounts of key, critical Canadian issues, events.. As many Canadians do also know what has too often passed on as journalism in Canada in the last year has been too often unacceptably more spins, lies, distortions, contradictory presentations and unsupported facts, very unprofessional now too, where different news media media often do differ significantly in their accounts of the same event.. Just cause someone is being quoted as saying something does not make their statement a valid truth even. A good example of this was the issue of speeding and car accidents. For a long time the news reporters in Canada were falsely quoting the police in saying that an accident was caused by speeding, when we all can know that in the majority of cases speeding is not the main cause of accidents, but rather impaired, drunken driving is the most significant factor still even Canada wide.

And you can clearly note how the various news media do differ on the subject of recession, Real estate and also the stock market. One news media says the recession is over and another one at the same time says it is still ongoing.. One must be a Conservative biased news media, and the other one a Liberal one. One news media says it is good time to buy a home, and others say it is dangerous, a wrong time to buy a home.. and similarly one says it is a good time to invest in the stock market and another one says it is a bad time.. of course realtors, stock brokers, loan managers, always say it is a good time to buy for that is how they make their money, even by lying, conning people to buy.

I can quickly sum up my political experiences in Canada.. for decades now most people in Canada seem to elect liars and alcoholics for politicians, and we have had now much too many of them elected as well.. Of course it seems natural for alcoholics to lie, they seen to often lie that it is is ok to drink alcohol in the first place, and it seems natural for many lawyers who run for political offices, and many want to be politicians to lie to get elected.. Every day police officers leave their homes and families and put their lives on the line for a salary, cause this is what they are being paid for, hired for and this does not mean that they are now even free of any negative criticism while they are doing their paid duties, especially when there are so many outstanding questions regarding their inappropriate use of authority, force by too many police officers, plus the unacceptable false cover ups of their wrong doings and their unacceptable lying now too. Plus basically nothing has even changed in the Vancouver airport customs area since the RCMP’s death of the police immigrant Dziekanski. And there are still concerns about Liberal candidate Kash Heed and his former role as West Vancouver police chief and his unexpected retirement from the force less than two years into his contract, “There’s still a lot of anger about a $40,000 severance payout even though he voluntarily quit in February, leaving many unanswered questions about his status on the force,” to supposedly avoid legal prosecution too. “The cops have a responsibility to follow moral leadership and let me tell you, the cops do not have that here [in Abbotsford] “NDP candidate for Abbotsford South, Bonnie Rai. These are all valid issues, concerns too.

Monday June 15,2009 Canadian Press VANCOUVER — A judge has decided the inquiry into the death of Robert Dziekanski will be allowed to make findings of misconduct against the four RCMP officers involved. The officers who stunned Dziekanski with a Taser at Vancouver’s airport challenged Commissioner Thomas Braidwood’s authority to make findings of misconduct against them. Braidwood had warned the officers he would consider allegations made at the inquiry — that they acted improperly and then lied to cover up their actions. The officers claimed those allegations amount to criminal offences, which public inquiries can’t do. They also argued that federal police officers are outside the jurisdiction of a provincial inquiry. But Justice Arne Silverman rejected those arguments, which means the inquiry can resume as scheduled this Friday with closing submissions.

Here also is what I found amazing and worth while examining now in much more detail.. insurance companies in Canada do not mind gouging Canadian consumers in their greed to make more profits.. and we all know that accumulating speeding , traffic infractions, will cause your car insurance costs to go up significantly… and yet here is what I find surprising, neither the insurance companies, the provincial government, nor the federal government, the police have real, valid detailed statistics on the causes of traffic accidents: such as how many were caused my alcoholic drivers, how many were caused by speeding, how many were caused by poor road conditions, lousy snow clearing as well, etc not even in Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, BC as well.. …. so what do the insurance companies do with all the extra money they collect, certainly they of all persons should have firstly the best statistics on traffic accidents now in the first place, or how do they determine their rates??? Even Canada’s police chiefs have to rely on accident statistics from other countries, such as Australia, Great Britain, the US..

If the Police in Canada , the RCMP included now, were left to have their own way they would put everyone in jail, and kill all of the supposedly bad guys.. cause that is what happens when you are a brute beast now and follow the letter of the law over the spirit of the law.. what the police do not need is more police power but a pay , salary cut instead.. What we really do need is more citizen consumer protection from cops and bad Corporations now like Bell, Rogers as well.. The same police can’t catch all of the social welfare frauds, drug pushers, drug users, real bad guys, tax evaders, child molesters, citizen abusers, crooked cops, drunk drivers, crooked civil and public servants, bad politicians but they found time to harass me, to unlawfully use their authorities, to visit me in my home six times because they do not like me writing openly about the crooked too often cops and their rightful prosecutions..

Here in Canada I had attended some political meetings at the request of a neighbor of mine, a lawyer, who worked for city hall, shortly after that the same neighbor had told me that the local police had next complied a report on me at the request of the mayor, for apparently it was common practice for the mayor to use the police services to evaluate all of his possible political opponents. No wonder the main jail was across from the mayor’s office too. Next the same lawyer told me that the provincial government also had an RCMP report on me as well done by police.. and apparently I was classified as a religious terrorist because I also do talk about Jesus. .. there really is no no such thing as privacy in Canada.. I understand that the Post office office has a database on the citizens of Canada in PEI as well.

OTTAWA – A new report is recommending the legal blood-alcohol limit for drivers stay where it is. Drivers who exceed the .08 limit – 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood – can be criminally charged. The limit was incorporated in the Criminal Code in 1969. Impaired driving is the No. 1 criminal cause of death in Canada. For it is a fact that anything that will put a self regulating body or a Ministry into a negative light will have a built in tendency still to be denied, suppressed, minimized in reality, to be ineffective .

There in reality is the main one important step that all consumers can take to protect themselves from any unscrupulous persons and that is enforced, exemplary public exposure and prosecution of the supposedly guilty persons by a recognized judicial public body, and so now how many such bad persons now have really been exposed, prosecuted in the last few years in reality too by the responsible Ministers as well? None? and why not?

a: we tend to believe our own lies, funny how that is, say it often enough and you yourself start to believe the lie as being the truth when it is still a lie.. and

b: the more you do now lie to yourself the crazier, the more insane you yourself do become even if you may not admit it, or now be aware of it… eventually you become totally loony as a result, a far grasp from reality. I have seen many a persons go there now too.

Still the General Motors Corp.’s auditors have raised “substantial doubt” about the troubled automaker’s ability to continue operations, and the company said it may have to seek bankruptcy protection if it can’t execute a huge restructuring plan. The GM auditor’s report “leads us to the same conclusion that we had before, namely that we have to review their plans very closely and make sure they make sense” for Canadian taxpayers. Many people are in jail because the Queen's courts had relied on what they believed to be accurate accounts of events by trained RCMP officers, supported by their notes made at the time. The Dziekanski inquiry is rightfully raising troubling questions about the reliability of that RCMP evidence presented . The contradictions and inaccuracies in the evidence of the three officers who have testified suggest undeniably the RCMP officers were incompetent or more likely dishonest. Their accounts were showed before all to be wildly inaccurate and self-serving. Under a video evidence, and the lawyer's cross examinations, the RCMP officers changed their initial written down accounts of the Vancouver airport Taser death details, clearly showing that these RCMP officers now should be personally as well pursued for lying to the courts, obstruction of Justice. But when I do make clearly negative post about the RCMP like I did YESTERDAY.. I had expected negative feedbacks and within 8 hours I was not disappointed , someone had to no avail complained about my site content to the others.. and the only other time I had a site content complaint in decades also was when I had another negative post about the RCMP too elsewhere..

So what is it? The HIGHER POLITICAL POWERS, JUSTICE MINISTERS, POLICE COMMISSIONS AND THE RCMP think they are now abusive Gods who can FALSELY TRY TO INTIMIDATE ORDINARY ME? IT IS VERY VERY ILL ADVISED.. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING TO LOOSE , NOT JUST BUDGET CUTS BUT THEIR PENSIONS INCLUDED NOW.. DUE TO MY REAL PUBLIC EXPOSURES.. THE PEN IS MIGHTIER THAN THE SWORD, AND A GOOD NAME IS WORTH MORE THAN ANY SILVER OR GOLD TOO..

Things rarely go the way you plan them .. very rarely. Many decades ago I was asked to be the church secretary and to also next to take the deacon's meeting's notes, the regularly meetings of the Church deacons in my local Baptist Church. It was my first experience now also with church politics as well, and being a church secretary. So next I faithfully listened to all that was said at the meetings, I wrote down all the conclusions agreed upon and submitted them to all of the members regularly. A few weeks had passed and I accidently heard next that the founding church pastor was griping about the contents of my meetings report to others, not to me, griping that they were not coming out the way he had wanted them to come out. Well I could not help that for I did my job as best as I could. Next to my surprise the pastor convened a meeting with the church deacons, and I was of course, present and the same pastor had asked two senior elders to be present to discuss unexpected critical items.. and to my surprise one of the critical items was the proposed removal of me from the church membership, from being a church secretary , and it kind of was sudden as well.. But the chairman of the board of deacons quickly told the elders that the matter now firstly was none of their business, and that I had nothing to apologize for too. The chairman rather proposed immediately that they do a personal poll as to how the deacons do feel about working with the same pastor now. Next all the deacons said they could not honestly work with the pastor anymore, he clearly was political manipulative, and a bad pastor. The Bad pastor shortly next walked in at the end of the meeting thinking that his dirty work was done, when the chairman told him in fairness that they had been talking rather about him, and he laid out the fact that all of the deacons could not work with him. The Pastor visibly in shock shortly announced his resignation. And I immediately left this church permanently, I too wanted nothing more to do with it. The whole matter did not end at that. The pastor next had instructed the elders to try to remove, to kick out all of the trouble makers, the deacons especially, and then the elders could call him back to his home church. Unfortunately for the pastor, the best laid plans are not good enough often too, for the same pastor next had a car accident on the 401, the sun had blinded him and he ran into another car and he had a serious accident that hospitalized him for 6 months.. so the Home church could not wait that long to be without a pastor so now they got a new pastor.

This next was the first of 3 founding church pastors I too had witnessed being removed from their church permanently too. Dirty Politics, really You cannot get away with it, for many people can see what you really are and what you are doing and why, God especially. And when you try to abuse a simple nobody like me, many others wisely know that if they leave this unchecked they will be abused next too and so they do something about it for the good of everyone too. As simple as that. I too rightfully do not allow any abuse of me, but will and have shouted it from the housetop for the whole world to know, even that which is done in secret now too, using my right of free speech.. surely by now the wise guys should have prefigured out by now what I was like and what I too would do next when being abused? or they are really not so wise still? We can all read it world wide on the net next too eh???

SO DOES THE PM STEPHEN HARPER, THE JUSTICE MINISTER AND THE RCMP WANT TO GO TO WAR WITH ME, AND ESCALATE THE ISSUE? WAR WITH AN ORDINARY CITIZEN AND WHO ELSE WITH NEXT?

The bill also calls for a two-year mandatory prison terms for being caught growing at least 500 marijuana plants and increased maximum imprisonment to 14 years, from the current seven, for running grow operations. The government also proposes tougher penalties for trafficking in date-rape drugs.

I have to totally agree with the federal Justice minister here about the truth, fact that serious drug offences do now also require serious jail time, and jail next is a good place for a lot of people to think where they want to go next too.. I have done prison visitations and I know people in jail get a chance to think about their past crimes for sure.. My experience also is that the police themselves will not and they do not arrest many drug users still.. There is another thing many people seem to forget.. that is how many of the drug users get the funding for their drug habits.. next eventually it means theft from others basically thus also hurting many others..

Many other incidents in the past few years have also raised serious questions about the ethics and competence of RCMP officers. Why was an 82-year-old man tasered while he lay in a Kamloops hospital bed? Why wasn't a heavily armed tactical team called in to the incident in Mayerthorpe, Alta., which resulted in four Mounties being shot to death by a man known to be dangerous? Just recently, in northern Saskatchewan local residents found the frozen body of a teenager who had escaped from an RCMP car the night before after being arrested for drunkenness. It took them only half an hour to find him and they were left wondering why the Mounties didn't call on them right away. The bigger scandals, such as the RCMP's willingness to help the U.S. authorities who shipped Maher Arar to Syria for torture, and their bungling of the Air India investigation, have cast long shadows on our national police force. Relationships between police officers and the public are always fraught with tension. But it seems the RCMP has fallen so far from grace that it's hard to imagine it will ever recover public confidence.

President Barack Obama told officials at all levels of government the he would hold them accountable for how they spend federal stimulus money, pledging to "call them out" if the funding is wasted on projects that do not generate jobs for the struggling economy. He a warned the nation's mayors that he would use the "full power" of the presidency to expose and crack down on them if they misuse the stimulus dollars meant to boost the sagging economy. If a federal agency or a local government, Municipality proposes a project that will waste that money, he will not hesitate to call them out on it and use the full power of his office and his administration to stop it. "And I want everybody here to be on notice ". He also said a White House team will track how the funding is spent. A report by his budget director laid out specific guidelines that states and cities must adopt for reporting activities financed with the money. "What I will need from all of you is unprecedented responsibility and accountability on all of our parts," Obama said. "The American people are watching."

Many persons they also urged the US president to make sure the money does not get caught up in the kind of bureaucratic delays that often slow the flow of funding from the federal government to cities. "It took 2 1/2 years before any money really hit the city of New Orleans after Katrina,"

Obama's warning confirms his role too as a guardian of the public purse, which could help inoculate him when inevitable controversies erupt over how the money is being spent by some municipalities. Too many persons rightfully also do worries that too much money will be abused, stolen but spent recklessly on end projects that have no long-term job, economic benefits. It is the constituents themselves who are paying for it all now still with their tax money

This is a very sad commentary that such abuses do often still occur in both the US and Canada now too. There is always the obligations to spend the taxpayer's money money wisely, free from politics and free from personal agendas. That now still applies to anybody that takes part in any amount of this funding. On this there is no compromise or shortcuts. The Liberals did what governments do when they don't know what else to do - they threw money at the problem. They shoveled money out the door. There was no oversight, no accountability to Parliament, no competition for contracts, and in some instances no reports of how the money had been spent. Anyone with connections in the Liberal party had a chance to get on the sponsorship teat. Fast forward to 2009. The Conservatives are in office and there is another national crisis. The Conservatives, like governments everywhere, are desperate to stimulate the economy, get credit flowing again, save failing enterprises and create jobs. Prime Minister Stephen Harper is asking Parliament to authorize his government to spend $3 billion by the end of June in short-term stimulus. He wants to operate without oversight by circumventing the normal approval process that is designed to weed out schemes that can't pass the smell test. The $3 billion would be in a special Treasury Board fund that the politicians - the cabinet - would disperse among departments. Parliament would not be told where the money was going until after it was spent. Doesn't this sound like the sponsorship program, magnified 10 times - from $322 million to $3 billion? Once again, we have a government that is so eager to spend money to address a crisis that it is not going to lose any sleep if some of the money is wasted or goes astray. Finance Minister Jim Flaherty said as much the other day when he warned that the Tories' fast-track disbursement was bound to produce some foul-ups in the allocation of funds. He's right, of course. The Liberals call the stimulus fund a "blank cheque" and the New Democrats label it a "slush fund." They claim that 70 per cent of the infrastructure grants currently being disbursed under another program, the Building Canada fund, are going to Conservative ridings. Prime Minister Harper is not taking any of this nonsense from mere opposition politicians. He went out to Vancouver the other day to rattle his sabres. The man never seems to learn. "We are not going to mess around with this," Harper said, ". . . If the opposition doesn't like it, they will find themselves in an election." Let's get real. The Conservatives have dropped in popular support since last October's election; today they are in a statistical tie with Michael Ignatieff's Liberals - and Ignatieff is not a man who can be bullied the way Harper bullied his predecessor, Stéphane Dion. Michael Ignatieff should call the bluff. What the Prime Minister is proposing would create irresistible political temptations, won't effectively stimulate the economy and is dangerous to democracy. Apart from stirring sponsorship scandal memories, the plan for cabinet to distribute $3 billion behind closed doors is an acid test for public accountability. If Harper has his way, Parliament's defining responsibility to control public spending will be further diminished even as executive powers again expand. "Trust me" is not a credible proposition from a prime minister who broke his word and law to force the fall election. Another campaign would delay the economic rescue package by many months and almost certainly for too long to ease the financial pain. At least Harper, unlike Jean Chrétien, is announcing the fund while confirming the obvious: mistakes will be made. Even if pre-emptive damage control, that's a step forward. Still, the national comfort level should be pegged on skeptical. Conservatives have a shoddy record of spreading infrastructure millions where they will have most impact on party fortunes. Many weight loss products like pills, herbs and some private clinics fail to deliver on their promises and governments should be regulating scientifically unproven therapies, obesity doctors say. I said the same thing in writing to the federal government, health ministers the last 2 decades too. In reality even Ten Nurses cannot replace a decent doctor, never mind the health food quacks, liars now as well… nor can the internet if you are serious ill.. I had 4 separate major illness that no one was able to diagnose without a proper medical test. A friend of mine who ran a health food store totally misdiagnosed the ailments as well to prescribe tones of expensive unneeded products.. nurses ate the emergency clinics were at to diagnose my problems as well.. My problems included gland problems, diabetes, blocked arteries, kidney stones.

In addition to a doctor the second best thing I discovered was a dietician.. Many Hospital delays are unessential, they are mere bureaucratic ploys, blackmail to get more money, raises, funding.. they are still very poorly managed. The Health Council now claims that contrary to popular belief, aging and population growth are not the major causes of increased health care spending. Instead, Canadians are using the system more than ever. PART OF THE REASONS IS THAT THE TOO OFTEN CHARGE CARD HAPPY DOCTORS ARE NOT DOING IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.. when many patients have to have repeat visits even visits to other doctors to get a second opinion this clearly show we can we improve the system without cutbacks or service reductions. Just cause a Doctor has a medicinal degree it still even does not mean all doctors are similarly competent now as well. "We can account for how money is spent, but not, in any precise way, for what it achieves," We must figure out a way to make our money go further without compromising the quality of care Canadians have come to expect and need. Can you believe it that the already rich doctors as well complain they are underpaid, demand more money, and yet these very same doctors only work 9 to 5, have the holidays and weekend off, even though people get sick all the time now too..

The government's own bad management, past false savings by getting rid of middle managers, supervisor has firstly led to the increase of the Health costs.

I don't know if it bugs you as it does now bugs me, that when something is defective with my car the auto motive dealer issues a recall and fixes it freely, but now with MICROSOFT it sadly is the other way around. For when something is defective with one of their computer operating systems, they finally, eventually do issue the supposed corrections, but they also mainly do call it a new package and even next charge me more for it.. wow, what a rip off, a real high way robbery… and 5 times now at least too. How many times can we get ripped off and be silent about it now too? Secondly I am really getting tired of all that false really big let downs due to the false, misleading MS advertising system on how their newer operating system will be even be much better than the old one. And what ever happened to all of the past great expectations for MS Dos, OS2, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows Vista, all of them now too it seems next gone the way of the dinosaurs. In reality also I know that millions of computer users still using Windows 98, and and are still happy to continue to use Windows XP as well, especially when you have had to seriously upgrade firstly your computer system to be able to firstly even use the new Windows Vista. While Windows Vista was improved after SP1 was released, but what still plagues the software-is it's bloat and resource-intensiveness, to just name a few issues-is present even after Service Pack 1. Many persons thus would rather use XP than Vista, since it's more reliable, it doesn't require a new, powerful computer to run, and forgoes the beauty for usability. Vista clearly too rightfully hasn't performed nearly as well as Microsoft has advertised to us all and thus many businesses are loath to switch to it, for sure adding to the strained MS relationships with businesses. Many people now do need a new computer. Badly too. But they are seriously willing to wait? and wait for what? More reasonable pricing and a reasonably effective Windows operating system. They thus now are unwilling to buy a new computer today. And now for certainty there's a single major factor that's forcing them to to wait: and it is the advertised Windows 7. Now while Macs, iMac and the MacBook are trusty companions many persons still do want to get into the real world of Windows, computer usage. And some now they say that Windows 7 isn't just an outstanding operating system that provides an ideal positive experience, but it's also a great alternative to Mac OS X. WOW? And Windows 7, on the other hand, also finally blends beauty with usability and that makes it even supposedly superior over Windows Vista, that is until they find some new undiscovered bugs and MS again have to issue a new service package too? Anyway for now why buy something like Windows Vista that really now doesn't offer both when next its successor Windows 7 will? And it looks like Windows 7 will be released even in 2009. So how much sense would it really make for anyone to buy Vista? Sure, many persons, businesses they do need a new faster computer now and it would be nice to have one soon, so I too don't see any reason to buy one packed with an operating system that will be made also obsolete in a matter of months. It doesn't make any sense. Some persons also do say Windows 7 will be remembered as one of the greatest operating systems Microsoft has ever released. But they said that about many of the previous operating system now as well.. So do not get rid of your XP yet… I too will have no problem holding off from getting Windows 7 . I'm willing to wait. As per others Moving beyond Vista, Microsoft says it aims to make a much different first impression with Windows 7 than it did with Vista, its oft-maligned predecessor. And the Windows 7 buzz may thus severely stall Windows Vista sales for all that now supposedly happy Windows 7 talk has made it harder to convince many, many businesses to move to Windows Vista. A tour through the beta of Windows 7 might makes a favorable impression. But that too isn't' good enough.. We need to fully test it as well.. Let's also now next hope Microsoft does right by its existing Vista customers on pricing something Microsoft botched up on Windows Vista as well. But that is unlikely too..
